The Emprego Interior Mais Program could be the benefit you needed to work in the interior of Portugal. It was launched by the government of Portugal on July 17, 2020, through a decree-law.

Therefore, the Program provides conditions for those who are unemployed or who wish to return to the country, to have financial assistance to establish a new residence in cities in the interior of Portugal. 

Anyone who is interested in Emprego Interior Mais and meets the requirements will receive financial support to move to the interior (€2,633), the amount of which can be increased depending on the number of people in the family (20% per person). 

The limit for this increase is €1,316, totaling €4,827. In addition, the worker also receives €878 to help with the cost of the move.
