Firstly, there is no way to request the card online. 

Therefore, if you are already a customer of the bank and have a BPI account, go to the institution's website, under the BPI Electron card tab. Then, download the Debit Card Subscription Agreement and print it. Or, request that the documents be sent by post.

Then, fill out and sign the contract with your details and take it to a BPI branch in possession of an identification document.

On the other hand, if you are not a BPI customer, you will need to open an account. You can do this process in person, at the BPI branch closest to you.

If you prefer to do the process online, you can download the mobile app and open your account right there! Remembering that it is possible to request a debit card during the account opening process.

There is also no way to order the BPI Electron debit card through the app. However, activating the card occurs within the app. To do this, simply download MB Way, log in and unlock it in the cards tab.
