The amount offered by the government for companies to hire starts at €5,318 euros per employee. And this value can increase as the candidate meets the characteristics that entitle them to bonuses.

Let’s see how to request the Sustainable Employment Commitment? Firstly, the notice is now open and closes at 6:00 pm on December 30, 2022. So, be quick!

You can check available jobs on the Institute of Employment and Professional Training website, in the citizen tab.

Then click on submit your CV. Remember that many people need to be registered in the system for at least two months before applying, but there are exceptions in the case of vulnerable people!

If you have a company and want to take advantage of this opportunity, you must register on the IEFP website, under the employer tab. Then, at the bottom of the page, you must click on “Sustainable Employment Commitment”.

This way, you will be redirected to the program page, enjoy and ask any questions you have. Then, in the top right corner, click on “Submit Application”. You will need to fill out a form.

Then, you need to create the vacancy announcement and register the job offer, signaling your intention to apply accordingly. Finally, you can submit the application.

On the IEFP portal, you can monitor the evolution of your company's status, consult your notifications, and more. Furthermore, payments for the program will be made in three installments and only after the IEFP presents acceptance.
