How does the TAP Classic card work?
The TAP Classic credit card emerged from a partnership signed by Millennium BCP bank, a financial institution, and TAG Miles, a travel company. Thus, together, they offer services of both types.
In other words, with this card it is possible to make purchases, normally, by debit, in cash, or by credit in installments or for payment when the invoice is due. At the same time, miles are accumulated for travel and access to essential travel insurance, such as life, health and car rental, is guaranteed.

- Debit and credit purchases;
- Earn 1,000 miles as soon as you get the card;
- Guarantee the annual bonus of 1,000 miles (as long as you have accumulated at least 4 thousand miles during the year);
- Earn miles on purchases;
- For every 5 miles purchased with the card, receive 1 as a gift.
Disadvantages
The negative points of the credit card are:
- Annual fee collection;
- Only available to people residing in Portugal.
How to get the TAP Classic credit card?
Well, there are two ways to request this card. Firstly, for anyone who is a BCP customer, simply log in to internet banking or the app. Then, find the card that interests you (in the cards tab) and apply. Follow the on-screen instructions, enter the necessary data and submit the proposal.
On the other hand, anyone who is not a BCP customer can also have the TAP Classic credit card. In this case, you must first become a TAP customer by registering. Then, simply find the card option (having an account at another bank) and fill out a Standardized Information Form with Membership Proposal along with the documents listed.
